The Third International RoboBraille Conference takes place from October 23 to October 24, 2018 in Bratislava, the beautiful capital of Slovakia.
The theme of the conference is “RoboBraille – promoting Inclusive Education, Accessibility and Universal Design” and the conference is open to everyone with an interest in education, alternate media, empowerment and self-sufficiency of people with print disabilities.
At the conference, RoboBraille partners from all parts of Europe will present how they use the service actively in their daily work, projects, research, teaching and service provision. Not only will they share with us their experience but this unique event will facilitate the opportunity to network and learn from other colleagues. And we will have fun too, celebrating at the conference dinner, so bring on your positive attitude and prepare to sing along!
The conference programme can be downloaded from the following link: Conference Programme – Third International RoboBraille Conference

For participants from educational institutions, libraries, rehabilitation centres, parents’ associations and disability organisations, the conference fee of €300 is waived and participation is free. You’ll only need to cover your own travel and accommodation. Should you, however, require financial support for travel expenses and accommodation, RoboBraille Outreach has limited funds available.
